South African international Toni Nhleko made his belated arrival in the Burn camp earlier this week. Coach Mike Jeffries was disappointed that Nhleko arrived a little overweight and obviously out of shape.
Nhleko left his Norwegian team shortly after the Burn signed him June 10 but was delayed in receiving his U.S. work permit. He has spent the last six weeks training in South Africa but not playing.
He's doing extra conditioning work after practices and is available off the bench, but he doesn't appear to ready to start soon.
